Depends on position and location I guess? Base salary is really decent, then stock comp has been amazing the past two years due to stock t doubling in price (they used to hand it out like it was nothing and now they are more careful about it). Annual bonus is 15% of your base. I joined a year ago and I'm planning on staying till all my RSU vests because the stock price has increased by 87% since my stock was granted and it seems to keep going up. I also got a very decent salary increase after my first year plus a promotion in the summer. All of that is from Austin location so YMMV in other locations like India or UK. I've been here for under a year but I plan to stay a long time. I'm on the product side in a middle management role and I see a ton of growth with the company's strategy coming together. The leadership under Frank Gibeau and the current c-suite is strong. TC in the 200k range due to strong stock, which is very good for me.

By tomato comp you mean including stocks ?
