If TC is the same G is an easy decision. Finance companies can be crazy, and if you have to focus on OCaml your mobility may be limited in the future. However, TC may grow a lot faster at JS if things go well.

Well OP wrote 'around' 1M. FB pays a bit more at D1 I guess, but I'd assume this is about an IC role. These seem to be pretty consistent around 1M at E8 /T8 / L8 across FANG
