Lowe's Bonus
Can anybody clarify on Lowe's bonus. In offer it is mentioned 15% (Based on companies performance). Any inputs whether they give 15% as in offer Or will it go low? Also wants to know about how good their immigration is? #lowe's #bonus
Every year since the bonus started we received close to target or higher. During the pandemic we got nearly double due to company performance. It's not guaranteed, but historically it's been reliable.

Does Lowe's provide different target bonus percentage for different level positions? My friend got an offer at lead level but he told me it's not in the offer, offer just says eligible based on level blah blah blah
