Loving working in telecom but need to know where the best opportunities are. Are bigger opportunities inside telcos themselves or with their vendors? Example vendors: Genesys, BroadSoft, Somos, NetScout, Ribbon...
Nokia, Ericsson, Mavenir, Cisco (packet core products). T-Mobile is doing a lot of cool stuff with RF and packet core. What kind of work do you do?
We are hiring.
How is it there? TC and in general...
The office in Hyd was opened less than an yesr ago, so it is still growing rapidly. It has reached critical mass to execute and deliver. Several interesting projects are being run in Hyd office. They work closely with Seattle/San Jose, but, there is a clear segregation of work. There are some projects which are your typical "offshoring" work. Be wary of such teams if you do interview. Last I remember TC for a 6-8YoE (all in India) was about 30-40L. I'm guessing someone coming from US experience should get more.
Genesys is a good company.

I think if you know at which level (example - L0, L1, L2, L3) you like working, then it might be easier to crunch these options. L0 and L1 is most likely chip makers or vendor ASIC companies. L2 L3 is most likely vendors.. not sure if this helped
