Oracle bmc work culture
I recently interviewed at Oracle seattle and expecting an offer. How is the work culture? Do they allow work from home occasionally?

Also no pm bulshit, telling me how to design a feature. At ms pms are like parasites, getting all the credits for doing nothing but creating unnecessary processes.

Ahmad, work culture is more like Amazon. Same jerkiness aggressiveness. Don't trust people if they only say good things about BMC.
I have heard nothing but good from my friend who moved there. Wise choice of technologies, no junior devs and a lot of people to learn from even if you're a principal SDE.
