My gf will be pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering as an F1 International student in the Spring 2023 term and wanted to be proactive in the job search. Any companies that soonsor / consider F1 students in this field? The only one I can think of is Cummins and anything tech-related which is borderline impossible to get into, but can anybody point me in the right direction? TC - 110500 GF TC - 10400 not joking :'(
Ask her to not waste money and get into management or tech
Where should she start? If she gets into the MechE master's she pays 0 dollars for it versus upwards of 30k for a CS master's. I'd much rather see her go into tech but being an international in debt is terrible.
Who in this day and age is even pursuing masters in mechanical engineering? Why are you so cut off from the real world?
Lockheed Martin known to pay garbage TC. You should try moving to a new company. π«Άπ½
