What companies and job roles in Semiconductor industry are relatively highly paid in Germany compared to German market itself (don't compare with USA). Based on my background I have possibilities to target different job roles from SoC/MEMS/Device Design to Product Management and Technology Development. I am considering Bosch, Infineon, Renesas Electronics, TDK, Siemens,NXP and some American Semiconductor companies. I will really appreciate if someone can share their experience? i think the answer is automotive.
Thanks for a sensible reply! Are you working in Germany currently?
No, i am working in fake germany(at). i am not aware of the silicon side of the industry actually.(sw guy) But i see many people that hired last 1 year for silicon development in here, and they came from good companies. I see good oppurtunity on automotive, SoC, connectivity, rf(eg. uwb). Also for security for automotive like secure elements.

Sadly,No role is high paid in Germany due to taxes.
I know that's why I am interested in a relative number
Probably it is not about roles then but which company gives you more paper stock given it would be taxed differently. German salaries are really similar due to how the working laws and taxes are structured in Germany . Ultimately you can just grab good experience and fly away from the EU ugly taxing laws to more civilized countries in Asia
