Does moving from SF office to Santa Clara office need H1B amendment?
Manager wants me to RTO 3 days to Santa Clara office. But my h1b petition and lca was for San Francisco office. Both are in different MSA. But same CSA. Does this need H1B amendment? Please help.
Law says, you should work within 50miles of a given work location. So yes and talk to your immigration team
