PERM & I 140
My H1B maxout is in 2023 June, my employer ( Not Office Depot) submitted PWD in November 2021, they started recruitment as well they are waiting for PWD to be approved to file PERM. should I be worried about Recession and Layoffs, because that would impact my PERM and I 140. If there is a recession and there is a layoff by my employer, what options I have . I would like to know the opinion of people who were in/ aware of similar situation. TC: 165k

If you are single find an American partner 😊. If you come from a country that has political issues, you can ask for asylum. If you have a lot of money (like one million) you can apply for EB5. If you have some money (200k or something like that) you can buy a business and apply for E2 business visa.
