Hello everyone! I’m currently an on-site recruiter in LA for 2 skilled nursing facilities. I recruit for licensed and non-licensed personnel. I’ve been with this company since January of this year. I’d like to recruit in a more diverse field. I’ve been attempting to transition out of healthcare completely but feel like I’m hitting a dead end. Most companies are requiring 5+years of experience& BA, which I do not have. My entire background is in healthcare (9years). I transitioned out of bedside care (nursing assistant) last year. Since then I worked as an administrative medical office assistant, which lead me to recruiting. I’ve been looking into contract roles& temp to hire too with companies such as randstad, Robert Half, appleone, and Ashton Carter. I’m open to ANY feedback or referrals to other companies who are currently hiring within recruitment/HR. I’m flexible, willing to learn, and open to mentorships as well. I’m bilingual (Spanish), earned 2 Associate’s, and currently in school FT majoring in Communication Studies with an emphasis in PR&marketing. I appreciate ANY help/insight and I thank you in advance!!! #recruiting #marketing #mentorship #internship #recruiterbox #womenintech #microsoft #HR #womenowned #media #techcareer #sportsmediatech #apparel #publicrelations #nike #engineering #IT #facebook #Amazon #finance #legal #humanresource #PR #productmanager #booleanbit #linkedin #marketingevolution #media #mediacomcommunications #referral
