I got two entry level base offers and I’ll be graduating next week. Option A: IT Analyst, PM Track Booz Allen - TC: $80k, Remote (live in AZ) Option B: Entry Level Systems Engineer Boeing - TC: $86k, Everett, WA Already negotiated with Booz Allen from $75k to $80k. Should I do the same with Boeing? How’s the market looking right now with these two companies? Help me choose and would like to hear your opinions. #tech #boeing #boozallen #boozallenhamilton #offer #offers #entrylevel
Booz is hiring like crazy here in CA. Booz has a good WLB, but Boeing would look better on your resume imo.
I don't know much about the other company but stay away from Boeing.
Congrats on the offers. Both good options. If you think you want the Boeing job then *always* negotiate it, especially at large companies like these where you’re going through a recruiter. They expect it and it is completely normal, and you have the other offer as leverage/BATNA. If you prefer have a career preference I’d suggest giving that some weight. With a few years of experience in either career you find a new job at a number of competitors. If you can get a clearance through either position that can be valuable. Good luck.
