Both seem low. What role?
Non Tech role
Doesn’t Nvidia have much better benefits? I think Nvidia also has a better business outlook. Intel has already seen its best years.
Intel had massive layoffs.
Go to nvidia and thank me later
You need price protection - at this price upside is low for Nvidia
Easy decision. Go to Nvidia. Their ESPP alone is worth a lot with 2 years look back period. Intel is meh.
Easy decision ! Nvidia!! Don’t think stock has run high. It will go up if the earnings keep coming. It will do better for next 2 years until we keep having the demand for AI chips. Also great ESPP. Another thing to note when stock prices went down 2 years back they did give some extra stocks to keep people happy.
I worked at both these companies, at Nvidia you get a lot of ownership and tighter deadlines. At Intel it is a laid back with less individual ownership. If you are in a point in life where you can put in the hours, I'd chose nvidia over Intel. But if you have bigger life commitments I'd choose Intel and I don't think you accounted for QPB and APB to base. With G8 you will also get good enough RSUs.
Thats a tricky one. What did NVDA say about current stock price ? Did you object to them that the stock price has gone up too fast recently and how will they protect you from it ? May be they can give you more $$ amnt in RSU ? Did you negotiate ?
Yes, these are final numbers and they are not going above this
@Op @ Splunk, but what are they saying to you about the price protection on the stock price. Are they atleast acknowledging that stock price is 5 standard deviations away from normal and it could go down statistically and if it does, here is your protection ?
