I know someone who has 2.5 years of experience and got grade 6 at intel - 158k base - 105k / 3 years RSU, 50k signing bonus. With your profile your TC should be 230k at least.
Donāt move to the bay unless youāre making 500TC. Find a remote position at a company that pays one band, live in LCOL area.
