NexThink Software Engineer vs Senior Software Engineer
I'm 6+ yoe. Got offer from Nexthink Bangalore. The JD says "software engineer" role. Do they write SSE role as Software Engineer only? Or am I getting offer for lower level (junior dev)? Also, what TC can I expect, they asking for expected salary? Please help. TC- 65 lakhs With appreciated Google stock and lots of Google benefits that Nexthink don't provide, my current TC can be calculated upto 82 lakhs. How much should I ask for from the recruiter?

SE is SDE 2 and SSE is SDE 3. I have also received an offer with SE designation.
What's the expected salary in SE role? And what are they offering you?

Hey @sppq087 Can you share what numbers you received from the recruiter for the SE role ? I am in the same scenario right now.
Depends if it's WFO or remote. For Remote one can have some flexibility over TC. But for Bangalore can't compromise on cost of living.
