You could, what treatment have you taken to deal with it? Have you gone to a chiropractor?
What's chiropractor? 😆 I know only one doctor. Nvm I'll google it
Possible but you need to find a doctor who is friendly and sympathetic to your cause😉 If you cannot, treat your back with a conservative approach starting with least invasive procedure. I have been struggling with eviscerated L5/S1 for years. Injections every 3 or 4 months have done wonders.
surgery if other options dont work
Traction therapy.
can you elaborate on your experience? what was the cervical bulge which discs? bulge or herniation or spurs? tried traction didn't work.
This is often fixable, permanently. Typically involves a spine injection of steroids to reduce inflammation, which will remove the pain/nerve pain, and you do physical therapy to get the bulging disc to bulge less. Often requires a second injection after a month or so, continuing to do physical therapy, and then you're good. After that it's a matter of being better about posture, exercise/movement is good, etc. But can completely eliminate your back issues, which is a godsend, which is why I'm bothering to type this up for you. This is not a permanent injury. Please pursue the options and get it fixed, it's amazing to not have back pain
spine injections will lower inflammation but not get rid of the bulge itself. Surgery might be required depending on how bad OPs situation is

Same boat 🙃
