Looks like high end of the salary band for 10 YOE in software development.
Yep, not much growth area. Debating whether to move cross border.. probably will get 50% more TC.
2014: 60k (internship, hardware company) 2017: 90k (full time year 1, hardware company) 2018: 115k (full time year 2, got a promotion, hardware company) 2019: projecting 175k (full time year 3, current L5 position at Amazon) I know Uber and some start-ups that pay better, up to 300k. Everything was in Toronto
