hi folks, how does pins stocks vest for new hires? is there a one year cliff? is it quarterly vested? what are the commencement dates for vesting? thanks! #

Quarterly vesting. But your initial grant RSU count is determined based on the last 60 day average in the quarter. So even if you join now, you have to wait until July to get to know how many RSUs your initial grant in $ translates to.

One year cliff is not true.
Maybe I don’t know what this means lol. I didn’t vest until 1 year
