Interviewing with them later this week. Everything I see on blind is terrible, but it’s from early 2020 when they had layoffs.
I joined Instructure in August. The company really is pretty great. The culture is awesome, everyone is very kind to one another. Other organizations within Instructure may be different, but that’s my POV.

I'm curious too. How was your interview? What position?
The people I spoke with were very nice - it was for a technical program manager position. We had a good conversation, but ultimately I wasn’t a good fit for the role. They were Looking for someone with a lot of mergers and acquisitions experience, which I have never touched. Recruiter goof, I guess? I didn’t get much insight into their culture, but they did mention that this team used to be composed of like ten people, and now it’s four due to a restructuring. Which is a huge red flag, imo, especially when you consider they were bought out by a private equity company. I never heard back from them, and I was never that interested, so I’m assuming reject.
Thanks for the insight. I have an interview coming up this week. Revenue analytics within the sales pod. I'm thinking I should tread lightly.
