Google Program Manager offer
Thoughts on PgM offer? L5, 8 YOE, Bay Area. 175 base, 25k signing, 230k equity. Thinking of asking for 185 base + 275 equity, is that reasonable? Recruiter did position it somewhat as it being on the high end. Also, a little scared of hiring slowdown at google… but it should be safe and they shouldn’t rescind if I sign in another week right? Current TC: 165k #tech #Google #compensation
