platforms vs sw-infra at Google

Talking to teams in Platforms group and sw-infra group in Google-cloud (Spanner). I am not sure what to choose from future career pov. Any advices? TIA.

Spanner / google cloud. Platforms doesn’t do interesting work, mostly vendor engagement

What is the platforms group? Is it Anthos or GCE migrate?
