Please evaluate this apple offer
165k base 130k Rsu/4 yrs Yoe : 8 yrs I interviewed for technical lead role but they are offering me senior software engineer role. Recruiter said both are same level 4 but you are not there yet for tech lead role.
What is tech lead at Apple. They don't really have titles do they?

Yes, that is low for ICT4, but ict4 is a wide band. Get a competing offer. That will make a big difference
this is ICT3 range. You don’t have enough experience it seems. Are you desperate to take it? if you have the skills, keep interviewing

Walmart low balled me when I moved to US. It was first time ... no negotiation happened that time
RSU seems pretty low if that's the total over 4 years.
How much should I ask for ?
Shoot for 200-250 and take something in the upper 180+ range if offered.
