Indigo Apartments in Redwood City

Are there any current residents currently staying here? Went to visit recently and got good vibes but when I read online most of the reviews said manager is horrible. Have they fired the previous community manager?#housing #rent

Checked them out a while back, read similar reviews and decided to go with Highwater instead

How did you find the noise level? I didn't look too deeply into Highwater because it is close to both El Camino Real and Caltrain and I thought it would be very noisy. Also read reviews about Huxley (which is nearby) that mentioned feeling vibrations when the Caltrain passes. Have you experienced this?

It’s not that bad, unless I have the windows open. I work from home and it doesn’t really bother me. The only pain points I had, being one of the early renters, was that they needed to update the jump switches because they breaker would go off anytime I tried to watch TV or use the kitchen. Overall, you get to enjoy using a fairy new building. Edit: I think the vibrations is a huge exaggeration. CZI is taking over the 1180 main building which is right behind highwater and even closer to the Caltrain tracks. You can def hear Caltrain faintly when the horns go off, but I usually have my windows closed and can barely hear it. One thing you did mention about El Camino Real, that’s the only sketch part when it’s later at night and you’re walking your dog or something. I haven’t had any specific issues, and the building has hired a security person since we hit the occupancy level for it.
