Company says, it's 33USD right now. How can we validate their claim? Any estimations what will be price of stock for IPO? Is comparing the pricing history of a similar company in same domain is good reliable index. #fivetran #fivetranstock #ipo
0 until they really make it to IPO.
The recruiter claim it's 33USD right now, after last funding round. So I suppose it's just a claim, based on their evaluation and usually all companies do it pre IPO based on what price they are targeting for IPO. Not sure if there is some formula or standard for pricing.
Any new info on this?
What was the offer u got
33lpa + 3.3lpa + 3000 stocks options 4 years vesting
You can't validate the claim. That's the job of the people who get a 409a valuation on behalf of the company.
I was hoping if there are any current employee here they can give some insight.
