promotion path at Netflix
interviewing for an IC role at netflix. I know they only hire seniors so it seems their org structure is pretty flat. how should I discuss my career goals and growth within that structure? i.e. i want to show that i am ambitious but aware that their promotion path may not be as βstairlikeβ. #tech #career #interview
