Hello All, I have a loop of 5 interviews coming up with Microsoft this week . I recently learnt from somewhere that they also have a concept of having a bar raiser interview, called as ‘as appropriate’ I think. My question is, whether that interview is a part of the loop generally or another interview is added at the end if first 5 go well? My friends at MS doesn’t seem to know for sure so checking here to see if anyone knows more. Thanks for your help! YOE - 10+, current TC - 0
God damn dint know this about msft
There is definitely no such thing as a "standard interview" at Microsoft.
Part of the loop. But that interview may not necessarily be the final interview of the loop.
Good to know actually. I was under the impression that it will be the last one and if I had that means previous interviews went well 😬 looks like thats not the case.. Also , does interviewers share notes during interviews? I also heard that if you went through all the interviews then its a good sign overall.
No, the interviewers no longer compare notes between interviews.
