Guild education interview.
Hi, I will be interviewed at Guild Education for Senior Analyst role. Does anyone has gone through their interview process and like to share their experience? I've heard mixed reviews on their take home assignment, any information you guys can share regarding it? #guildeducation Thank you
I did their take home assignment, but this wasn't for an analyst role. They noted most candidates completed the take home in four hours; however, after completing it, I felt like if you did the "bare" minimum fours might be accurate. It actually took me a whole day to do, but it was not too difficult just busy work. As for the interviews, lots of behavioral type questions and oddly no technical questions, like literally none... that kinda gave me bad vibes.
What was the role you were interviewed for was it non technical role. I have the 4 hr interviewed for the position of architect next week. Inputs would help. Thanks
The role I interviewed for was Senior QA Automation.
I stopped my interview process because they asked me to work on active projects as a “take home assessment.” Felt like they were asking me for free labor.
