Are the positions remote? Or it depends on the role?
Yes! We are transitioning to a "remote first" company. In the past, we wanted people to be in the office, but now it makes more sense to open up the pool and let people work remotely. We have people working all over the US, Canada, and a few nomads who are traveling around Europe at the time.

I interviewed there many years ago for an internship and really liked the company. Was my first interview ever. Not looking for a downgrade in pay at the moment, but maybe one day in the future if I value remote over pay, I'll keep my eye on the company.

What is compensation range?
It's not going to be a FAANG level salary (we do not have stock options, but have same benefits health wise as a FAANG). Right now I am a SWE II, and make around 150k with bonus. Work life balance is pretty amazing. Probably only do like 20 hours of real coding a week.
