No. Avoid at all costs. Unless you are just there to collect a paycheck. Product leadership is new, and don’t understand the business. Actually most of the senior leaders are new, and don’t have any idea what they are doing. Product leaders are not technical and don’t know how to work with engineering. Very old school mindset with throw it over the fence mentality. As far as I know. Many people are trying to get out due to the toxic and demoralizing environment. Very poor outlook for future prospects of the company.
