Hello Blinders I have offers from below companies in India YOE- 8 Paysafe: Base - 38lpa Bonus - 20% Role: application security architect Turvo: Base- 39 Bonus -10% Sign on bonus - 2 l RSUs - 5000 for 4 years (not going for IPO soon) Role: senior security engineer Microsoft: offer not released yet. Help me with how much I can negotiate. Below is provisional offer shared by HR Level - 62 Base- 35 Bonus-10% Sign on bonus - 2.5 l Stocks - 40k USD /4 years Role: Program manager 2 I’m confused to choose between these 3. Please help. 1 & 2 not offering job security and 3 is not offering career growth.
Job security is not there in any company. You should ideally be choosing the role based on the work that needs to be done as doing quality work will hone your tech skills more and that will definitely land you another good role later. Having worked in Msft myself I can say that msft will definitely look good on your resume but msft as an organization is super bureaucratic and I doubt if the quality of work there would be that good. For the rest of the 2 other org I don't have much idea.

Does paysafe offer stock in an offer? I just got an offer today and was surprised to not see any mention of sign on bonus or stock
Don't Join Paysafe, Extremely bad management & toxic work culture, You would never even get close to 40% of the bonus promised, Despite you reach your goals & achieve great performance ratings, you can hardly push that bonus percentage by 1 or 2%, Lot of favoritism at top management and it is pretty bad at retaining top talent, Most of the great people have already left the company
