Ripple vs Netskope
I have got offers from netskope (cloud security) and ripple (cryptocurrency) for qa reqs. Similar cash compensation. 15+ yoe. Both are startups in different domain. Please advice which is a better place to choose. Thanks
If you like being a yes-man or woman and getting a paychk is all that matters( and theres nothing wrong with it), join Ripple. If what you do and your growth matters, Ripple is a definite No. The culture is very toxic and don’t be lured by XRP .. there’s nothing going on there.

I would advise you to go to Netskope, the culture here at Ripple is super-toxic. This has changed significantly in the last quarter or so. More than 50 people have been fired in the last quarter including CFO and Head of Product.

Culture at Netskope is super toxic as well. Engineering leadership is at its worst right now. I would recommend to stay away from QE roles.
Netskope culture is no different. Extremely toxic. I am sorry but seems like both your options are equally bad
Too much restructuring and reorg at ripple.. 50+ people in customer success, or should I say entire organisational umbrella was cut off... Apac isn’t half as good with culture as America, but overall company is good.. and the benifits and extra perks are better than elsewhere.. I’d say culture depends on team you are on

Are you currently at Lyft? If so, why bother going to ripple? Lyft is a tier 1 company.

I personally don’t like ripple as the excitement around crypto has faded and don’t know if it will ever return! So i feel it is highly risky bet.
