AQR Greenwich comp

Anyone know what the pay is like in AQR for experienced swe? I'm asking here because I believe they have leetcode style interviews. So you guys may know.

I have 6yoe and my TC is 275k. Don't come, it sucks. Total dead end for your career.

When I left AQR my comp went up $120k. So yeah pay is low.
