Regardless of whether it was human error .... Glassdoor is built on anonymity, just like Blind. They should have several layers of security to avoid those kind of errors.

Glassdoor didn't expose what anyone said, merely that they had used the site. Not saying that was good, by the severity is far lower than the alarmist headlines would have you believe...

Regrettable yes. But this person (and lawyer) are taking advantage of an opportunity brought on by a human error mistake.
