Expecting an offer from activision blizzard media and curious to know what is the benefit / drawback of accepting / rejecting it ? Do not have numbers yet, so plz don’t ask ! I will be entitled to atvi rsu - do they convert to msft post acquisition (if that happens) ? Does anyone know what happened with priort msft acquisitions? What is the vesting period like ? Should I ask about Accelerated vesting in case of acquisition? Any other stuff if any one can shed light on that may help evaluate? Does anyone know how is wlb and culture in ABM ? Careful with them using profit sharing and equity to make up for offering a low base salary. They use these to make up for overall salary range you are hoping for. Also, profit sharing has been horrible the past 5 years and fluctuates each year. They also made a recent change to it that impacts everyone.

What is interview process for Staff engineers at Media group
I see some staff eng openings I am thinking of applying but can anyone tell me the TC range? Don’t want to waste my time.
Would not recommend unless you are desperate. Base range for staff at max is 225k and stocks can be around 120k. Annual bonus 20% and sign on negotiation is variable
That 120k is per year or over 4 years?

Typical process.. 1 phone screen coding, 1 manager, 2 onsite coding, 2 system design, 1 director interview
Do they offer RSU grants each year? Or is it a one time grant thats vests over several years and thats it
