Got an offer from Verizon Media @ Baltimore office Level: IC4 YOE: 12 Base: 155K RSU: 75K over 3 years Bonus: 15% Signon: 20K. Total Tc: 155+ 25+ 23 = 203K ( Current TC: 150K What do you think of this offer for East coast?

Not sure about Baltimore, but that's on the low end for a SWE in Raleigh with that many YOE
In this area(DC and Baltimore) , except Amazon, FB and very few other companies, not many are paying good. 200k Luks decent does this area . Have been in consulting most of the time . Trying to get into top tier companies

You might get more in NY area . Otherwise in DC/MD/VA area not many big brand companies paying well. I may be wrong but tats what I have seen
Make sure you know what you’re joining - interview people who work there to get a real feel for the org.
