Have tons of issues with Wag! and customer support. Never talk to anyone in US. Hard to understand. No follow-through on issues. Is Wag! that bad of a company? Anyone from Wag! willing to jump in and talk about it?
We do also have a Customer Support team based in the US and the team is constantly improving the service experience for both pet parents and walkers. If you have any outstanding issues, please don't hesitate to reach back out to the team for follow-up.
One of your walkers left my dog with a random security guard 1 mile away from my home. All I got was a refund for my walk. No one cared.

As far as I know all wag walkers are independent contractors so generally wag won't do much if you have an issue with a walker
The training is non-existent in the customer facing side.
