Flipkart vs Swiggy
Hi Guys, I have my joining tomorrow as SDE-2 in flipkart. But this Friday only i got confirmation for sde2 in swiggy. And it will take around 1 week for the offer rollout process in swiggy (at least 3 days). I am pretty sure swiggy will beat fk's offer and interested in joining swiggy. Please help me in decide what to do. FK - 27 base + 10% variable + 12 lakhs Esops / 4 Yoe - 2 #engineering #software #swe #tech #sde #flipkart #swiggy #hiring

If it's for a week then they will do it. I know people who have done that. However it's easier if you inform few days in advance (not on the day of joining)
Delay fk joining, and yes, swiggy will beat fk offer easily.
Swiggy will 100% beat flipkart so you can ignore flipkart offer.

Did you not tell swiggy about Flipkart offer and joining date before?? Man this is stressful.
I told them. Actually my process started beginning of this week only. You never know what happens what next
Just make an excuse of medical emergency for extending the deadline of Flipkart

Don’t believe on swiggy’s email confirmation. One of my friends got confirmation but didn’t get offer letter due to some reason.
