Looking for Full time opportunities in Machine Learning or Data engineer

I’m planning to start apply for full time opportunities. I’m having 3 years of exp as a data engineer(Contrct). I have a very small skillset like Hadoop(Hive,pig,sqoop), Spark/Scala, Shell Scripting, Python(very rarely). Cert’s like spark and hadoop from hortonworks and predictive analysis from Edx. Let me wat other skills are needed and how to start preparing for full time interviews(topics) -Thanks
