Need help in Offer evaluation

Hi, I'm a dotnet developer with 3.5 years of experience. Tech stack - .Net Core, Asp.net, Sql server, Angular, Azure Current comp - 10.6 LPA + 1L variable YoE - 3.5 I have received offers from the following companies. 1. Cloud software group - (would be working for ShareFile division) - 19.5L +2.5L variable. All 5 days work from office. 2. Itron - 20L + 3L variable. 2 days wfo 3. Symplr - 20L + 1L variable. 2 days work from office 4. Epsilon - 19L + 1L variable with 3 days work from office. I'm looking for good work and good work life balance my personal preference is for a hybrid role. I am confused about which one to choose. Any suggestions would really help.
