I been reading many of the post here about layoffs. You guys have a false sense of reality. There is a whole world outside of FAANG/FAANG-like companies that are not experiencing layoffs and are still hiring. They may not be as sexy as FAANG etc., but they pay the bills. Banks, Logistics, Consullting companies and more are hiring. TC: 160K

Everyone complaining about only “paying the bills”, it’s a recession. This is what everyday people are actually scared of, being homeless. And you’re freaking out because you might not BEAT/WIN the recession and advance your career during it. Blind consistently out of touch with reality.
I agree! If someone is not concerned about "only paying the bills", then they better not whine about jobs here. I never called blinders entitled when they cribbed about perks and pay in good times because f it, get what you deserve. The executives are getting a lot for doing tree fiddy so at least some time should the foot soldier get a good comp. But this crying about industry apocalypse and no hiring? If you have bills to pay, get a less sexy job for less pay, pay the bills and jump ship when you get something better.
