Layoffs at Workday
I'm hearing about layoffs at Workday PLS - not billed as layoffs to avoid bad press during time of global pandemic - more payouts and leave asap. Anyone else?

We do fire people sometimes. If you don't, it won't be the best place to work.

A place is a good place to work only if the people there are good to work with.
Workday isn’t a charity and there have been bad performers that were removed

Bad boss will get rid of the good engineer. There are too many bad boss there.
What kind of deal are they offering to attract people to leave immediately?
The leave immediately isn't a choice - signing paperwork and getting a payoff is the choice.
