Citadel Securities Interview

Starting the process with Citadel Securities for SWE and would appreciate any insight on how to prep. My background is mostly in Python (some Java) not C++. I’d interviewed a few years back (and failed obviously), and it was mostly reasonable Leetcode. Has that changed? Also jumping the gun, but curious what kind of comp ask could be for 12+ YOE (NYC).
