Which companies hiring and allows to work from Canada

I'm currently employed at Fidelity Investments in the USA, working under my OPT status, which expires in 1 year and 10 months. However, there's a possibility that Fidelity might relocate me to India if I'm not selected for an H1B visa. Considering my situation, where I need to visit India annually due to family commitments, I'm exploring options to transition to a company that allows immigration to Canada and offers remote work from there. Recently, I interviewed with both Amazon and Walmart, but unfortunately, I was not selected. This market is really tough to crack interviews if the interview is not prefect. Walmart decided on a 6-month ban, while Amazon imposed a 1-year ban. Given my remaining time in the USA, I'm concerned about whether they would reconsider my application within this timeframe. I'm contemplating the idea of creating a new account to reapply, but I'm uncertain about its effectiveness. Additionally, I'm open to suggestions for other companies that might align with my requirements. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated." #tech #walmart #amazon #amazonaws #aws #amazoninterview #atlassian #microsoft #ibm #uber #google
