I'm being contacted by a TransferWise recruiter for senior SWE positions in London. Reviews on Glassdoor look great but on Blind, not as much. How is the london team? How does compensation look like? YOE: 9. TC: 130k (east coast)

I bet they tell people internally to write reviews. Looking at the recent Glassdoor reviews the first page is all from September 20, 2019. This is so sketchy. I purposely look for negative reviews, they seem to be the only truthful ones on many startups’ pages
I had the interviews with them. Not hard, LC medium at most. System design lift elevator. Looks like a mediocre team with mediocre TC. Work is not that interesting.
Could you expand on what does "mediocre" mean for London? I'm new to the UK job market.
I thought your TC is in pounds. 130k pounds is awesome. They pay 50k pounds up to 90k pounds for base.
