Galileo under Sofi?
Hi, Recently got an offer for Galileo Financial Technology under SoFi for staff software engineer position. Currently work at Affirm. I saw the reviews for SoFi at Blind is pretty bad, so want to get some suggestions. Things I like at Affirm: WLB is good in my team, management is quite transparent. Don't like at Affirm: TC has been bad due to stock down. Things good at SoFi: TC is better and may be have more upward potential. Bad things heard about SoFi: CTO and tech culture sounds bad? Would appreciate any specific details on this. Not sure about the stability of Galileo under SoFi in current economy. Please comment your reasons after selecting so it tells more information. Affirm’s stock has been brutal. SoFi isn’t doing that great either but yeah TC is king

Is Affirm still applying the $50 base price to their RSUs or did that change that with the stock price decrease ?
Galileo is a dying product
The new Galileo Technisys integration will be great. The WLB is good with so much ownership to everyone in the team
What is your role? I have some more specific questions, hope you can share some details. 1. How do team feel about the stability of GFT under current economy? 2. Hear there was a monolith service kind of challenging to work with, how about the experience here? 3. HR is talking about the 15% bonus, does this apply to most people as long as you meet expectations?

Join only if its main stream SOFI, they recently laid off 5% of workforce at Galileo since its not making enough money and the systems are pretty old.
How are things now inside GFT? Affirm hit with layoffs as well so ....
