I am interviewing for a Manager role in Tech at OpenTable. The reviews are mixed on Glass door. Any blinders that work at Opentable here? Please let me know what you think about the work culture, pay and WLB. My current TC: 220k with RSU YoE: 15
Thanks. I would say WLB is great and people are also nice. If you like rest and vest Opentable is your place to be! Pay is not the best in the industry.

What team are you interviewing? It quite depends on? Are you in SF, LA or Denver?
It's a remote position and I am in Seattle area. The same job got posted for SFO, LA and Denver. I applied for LA one I guess.
