Strange Deloitte exp
Got call for verbal offer. Pretty bad recruiter exp She asks whats my expectation, i said 230 base on my exp...dont tell me joining bonus..gives me 26 percent expected bonus, do mentions of 190k 200k base for specialist master and tell me deloiite takes long time to process offer Says she will call again to see if higher possible I tried reaching back to her and she says she says it will take long time to process and now seems like i wont know what I am going to get lol... Deloitte is like this only and recruiters are bad. Make sure you have everything in written because they will promise you now but once you join they dont stick to their words. If you have any other offer choose that instead of Deloitte. New hires dont stick at deloitte and leave in less than a year.

Deloitte will keep you waiting when it comes to GC/PERM. Dont join since your date is going to become current soon. Deloitte files only 3 times a year April/Aug/Dec and new hires have to wait atleast 1 year before filing. So you will be better off by not joining Deloitte. But that doesnt mean that process is fast, its super slow. Avoid Deloitte
Be careful of GC .:: as I know someone who missed the date due to D not filling in time and has to go back .. donāt fall for the BS recruiter may say on filling

Deloitte paying 200K base for spl master šµ.. I need to resign and come back. Good luck to you, yes Deloitte is very slow but it may that 230K number that is probably not possible..

Nope, unless cloud consulting, no other tech/group pays that high on specialist track
Btw people in fishbowl posted that some folks got 215k with 20k bonus for consulting manager ..even i saw some h1b filings eith 205k for soecialist master...
Deloitte consulting( not advisory) pays close to 300k now for specialist master. Unless youāre in public sector which is 250k.

The new offers for Senior consultants are now 220k . So manager/ specialist master is at 300k

uBmW03, I am sure you are kidding.. Please point me to any data point. Absolutely no SCs are getting 220K, even in strategy consulting
Iām talking about people who joined recently. Cloud engineering - senior consultants are. So are strategy. I know 3 people so far in my friends circle.
In high cost of leaving? I am debating between a potential sr . Consultant offer (had interview with partner) and a Fortune 500 offer that would involve lot of international travel but zero micromanagement. Max offer from F500 would be $150k . If I can get $220 k as a Sr.con/experienced hire, I might take it instead
Nope your recruiter just sucks. You should get an idea what the offer should be and then about a week you should heard back on what they can offer.
