Thoughts on Hitachi IOT group

I recently got an offer from hitachi data systems (hitachi insight group) for their iot team in Bellevue. Does anybody know how this group is? The comp including bonus is about 150k (they are yet to officially give me a written offer - this is just negotiation phase) and they are hiring me at senior. I am a sde2 now and been in the industry for 5 years. Thoughts?

Damn dude. You have to have a total comp more than 150k. Don't go to freaking Hitachi for peanuts even if you don't.

Other poster seems to claim the comp was surprisingly higher than he thought. You may want to PM that guy.

They dont give any stock. I got a 300k+ offer from them but then structured it so that it was low base, all limited time bonuses and no stock.
