qualcomm response time

i interviewed for qualcomm recently, and havent heard anything back from them in a week. i heard very quickly from other places that i interviewed at. i let Q know thay i have other offers that i am waiting to respond to, but they still havent moved quickly enough. is there anything i can do to know the feedback before my other offers expire ?
