Im in non-data engineering but can speak for everything else. WLB is pretty great, youre really never overworked. Never ever had to work during a weekend. No one is on your ass if you step away for some time for a doctors appointment or if youre going for a jog. Culture is really friendly and approachable. People love to collaborate on things and carry each other across if you need help. Id say its a great place to learn lots of new things and work on some interesting initiatives despite the impact from covid.
