TC - 170k, 4 YOE, remote I figure this convo is much better to start off with the TC ahead of time to put things into context. I might sound like someone trying to justify my situation, but I’m earning much better than I had originally thought I would a few years ago, thanks to resources like this app and levels.fyi. However, I’m wondering how likely it is for me to consider the next considerable jump (which I figure should be 230-250 range given this market), but with also the following criteria: 1. WFH, or maybe 1-2 days in the office max per week, given others below 2. Flexible and/or lower-than-standard hours. Basically if I need to do any sudden errand in the middle of the day, I can step away from the desk for 2-3 hours and no one would mind/care. Maybe have this happen at least once a week. Alternatively, regularly working less than 5/6 hours a day is comparable 3. GENEROUS PTO. Effectively unlimited sick days, holidays, along with minimum 25-30 additional vacation days 4. Compensation primarily cash, or easily convertible, so startups are undesired 5. All of the above officially from day 1, not after waiting 6-12 months getting a “feel” of when I can test the waters with my manager to take time off Literally the only company that comes to mind like this is Google, and supposedly even that is team dependent. I don’t want to get my hopes up trying to apply there and not making it, without having other companies in consideration, so are there any others that would reasonably fit the expectations I have above? Note that I am already getting everything I mentioned above right now, and after getting used to these benefits, I don’t want anything else unless I’m making significantly higher (350k+). Even then, knowing my personality, my home life will suffer, which would defeat the point of getting a higher TC in the first place. So yeah, am I pretty much stuck where I am in the foreseeable future, or am I not aware of other Google-like companies in terms of TC+PTO?

I heard the interview for software engineers wasn’t as focused on leetcode, is that the case?
It’s lightly LeetCode but not a huge focus. One round usually
Guess everyone’s commenting their own company. So… Amazon
